Aji Green Sauce recipe

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

This creamy sauce, made with mayonnaise, is a traditional Brazilian sauce made with green chillies and coriander. Spoon over meat or serve in a little bowl as part of a BBQ spread.


  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 20g coriander
  • 2 green chillies, seeded
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of cumin


1. Pop all of the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth and creamy. Serve at room temperature.

Sprinkle the dip with a little bit of cumin before serving.
