Apple and Citrus Smoothie recipe

This lovely smoothie is a real thirst-quencher that is perfect for the summer months. You could either serve this as a cooling drink with a big summer meal, or make up a batch of it in the morning and drink it throughout the day.


  • 150ml still lemonade
  • 1 apple
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Juice of one orange
  • Juice of one lime


  1. Peel, core and chop the apple.

  2. Place into a liquidiser with the juices and blend until completely smooth.

Chill the smoothie before serving for the best flavour. If desired, serve it over ice.
