A quick and easy way to serve asparagus, in this recipe, fresh asparagus spears are wrapped in parma ham, seasoned with salt and pepper then baked until golden and tender.
- 12 asparagus spears
- 6 slices parma ham
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Snap the woody ends off of the asparagus spears. Slice the parma ham slices in half. Wrap each stalk in half a slice of parma ham.
Drizzle a little oil onto a baking tray. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on a baking tray. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in a 200C oven for 10-12 minutes or until tender and golden.
