Avocado Chocolate Pudding recipe

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

A sweet, thick, creamy, rich pudding made entirely without cream. In this recipe, avocado, runny honey, milk, cocoa powder and vanilla extract are combined to create a smooth chocolate pudding that tastes like a dream.


  • 2 medium avocados
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 60ml runny honey
  • 120ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Slice the avocados in half and remove the stones. Scoop out the flesh.

  2. Put the avocados, cocoa powder, honey, milk and vanilla in a bowl and use a hand blender to whiz until completely smooth. Divide between 4 serving dishes and put into the fridge until you're ready to serve.

Make this into the perfect breakfast dish by sprinkling with some crunchy granola. Recipe serves 4.
