Creamy, sweet and very rich, if it weren't for the slight hint of green in the smoothie you'd never guess that it was made with avocado! A brilliant way to boost your intake of healthy fats and to top up your 5 a day.
- 120ml milk
- 100g vanilla yoghurt
- 60g coconut cream
- 1 avocado
- 8 ice cubes
Slice the avocado in half around the stone and remove the stone. Use a teaspoon or knife to remove the flesh and dice.
Put the avocado, yoghurt, coconut cream and ice cubes into a blender and whiz until smooth. Serve in two tall glasses.
