Sweet, thick, creamy and tangy, this well-flavoured avocado and lime dip is perfect for serving with tortilla chips or for drizzling over your favourite salad. It's easy to make, too!
- 3 avocados
- Juice of 2 ripe limes
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Slice the avocados in half and remove the stones. Scoop out the flesh and put into a food processor. Add the lime juice, lime zest, garlic clove, hot sauce and sea salt.
Whiz the ingredients together until smooth. Pour out into a serving bowl.
