Creamy, savoury, salty and crunchy, this yummy dip is perfect for parties. Serve with crusty bread, crackers or veggie sticks - or as it is spread on warm toast.
- 6 rashers smoked bacon
- 225g cream cheese
- 150g cheddar cheese, smoked, grated
- 1/2 small white onion
- 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
Dry fry the smoked bacon in a deep frying pan until golden brown and crisp. Leave to cool and chop.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft. Fold in the cheddar, onion, mustard and bacon. To serve, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
