Asparagus is cooked in a super simple way in this recipe - tossed in olive oil, salt and pepper then BBQed until lightly charred and tender.
- 500g fresh asparagus spears
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and black pepper
Preheat the BBQ to a medium-high heat. Break off the woody ends of the asparagus spears and discard. Coat the asparagus in the oil and season with salt and peppper.
Place asparagus spears onto the BBQ and cook for 2-3 minutes, turning once, until lightly charred and tender.
