A simple yet delicious way to cook cabbage, especially if you're having a BBQ - cabbage wedges are seasoned and then wrapped in foil and barbequed until tender and sweet.
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 tsp. garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and black pepper
Cut the cabbage into eight wedges and remove the core. Sprinkle with garlic granules, salt and pepper and wrap each cabbage wedge in a piece of foil. Seal.
BBQ, turning often, over a medium heat for 30-40 minutes until tender.
