This simple gammon recipe is a deliciously different way of preparing barbeque food. The sticky sauce makes for a delicious marinade but it also makes for a wonderful dipping sauce. A yummy way to serve this gammon would be with some charred BBQ pineapple.
- 2 thick gammon steaks
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 5 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 200g dark brown sugar
Mix together the lemon juice, horseradish and dark brown sugar.
Brush all over the gammon steaks and then BBQ for 6-8 minutes on either side on a high heat.
Serve the gammon with the rest of the horseradish sauce as a garnish.
