This recipe is as easy as they come - the sauce ingredients are mixed together in a bowl and chucked over the pork chops in the slow cooked. All you have to do is switch it onto low and stir occasionally for melt-in-your-mouth BBQ pork.
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 125ml soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 tbsp. ketchup or passata
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
Mince the garlic cloves. Stir together the soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, salt, pepper and ginger.
Make slits in the pork chops and put into the slow cooker. Pour over the sauce, cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Stir occasionally.
When you're finished, you might like to shred the pork and cook for another 30 minutes or so in the sauce.
