This sweet and luscious berry ice cream is made with condensed milk, double cream, milk, salt and blackberries - although you could use blueberries, strawberries or raspberries if you prefer.
- 400g condensed milk
- 600ml full fat milk
- 250ml double cream
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 250g blackberries
Stir together the condensed milk, milk, cream, vanilla and salt until well combined. Fold in the blueberries.
You can then either pour this ice cream mix into the canister of an ice cream maker, or pour into a freezer-proof container and cover. If churning, follow manufacturer's instructions. If freezing, freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring halfway through. Leave out of the freezer for 15 minutes before serving.
