Blueberry Granita recipe

Preparation Time: 4 hours

This whiz and go blueberry granita is perfect for serving at an impromptu dinner party. It's super refreshing and very, very yummy.


  • 360g blueberries
  • 175ml water
  • 100g caster sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon


  1. Whiz blueberries and sugar in a food processor until well combined. Push through a sieve and reserve the puree that comes out.

  2. Add the water and lemon juice to the blueberry puree. Pour into a shallow baking dish. Freeze for 4 hours, fluffing with a fork every hour.

  3. To serve, fluff with the fork and spoon into glasses.

You can also make this recipe with raspberries instead of blueberries. Recipe serves 6.
