This whiz and go blueberry granita is perfect for serving at an impromptu dinner party. It's super refreshing and very, very yummy.
- 360g blueberries
- 175ml water
- 100g caster sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
Whiz blueberries and sugar in a food processor until well combined. Push through a sieve and reserve the puree that comes out.
Add the water and lemon juice to the blueberry puree. Pour into a shallow baking dish. Freeze for 4 hours, fluffing with a fork every hour.
To serve, fluff with the fork and spoon into glasses.
