Hot chocolate is made with condensed milk, cocoa powder, cornflour and a smidgen of ground cinnamon in this delicious Brazilian twist on the classic.
- 1 litre whole milk
- 1 x 400g tin condensed milk
- 4 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. cornflour
- Whipped cream
- Sprinkling of cinnamon
Combine milk and condensed milk in a blender and whiz until smooth. Add cocoa powder and cornflour and beat until smooth, then transfer to a pan and heat through until warm and thickened.
To serve, top with whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
