- 9 rashers bacon
- 1/2 onion
- 1 jalapeno chilli
- 1 tomato
- 100g passata
Place the bacon in a large, deep frying pan and cook until evenly brown. Meanwhile, dice the onion and tomato and finely dice the chilli.
Drain the bacon on kitchen paper, leaving behind a little of the bacon fat to cook the onion in.
Cook the onion, tomato and chilli in the bacon fat until soft, around five minutes. Dice the cooked bacon and add the passata.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes until fully heated through, then serve.
