This easy peasy pasta dish contains just 6 ingredients. It's perfect for midweek as it's just so quick to cook - and it's delicious, too. Don't miss out the lemon juice as it really makes all the difference.
- 200g pasta shapes of choice
- 250g broccoli florets (small florets)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Good handful walnuts
- 100g dolcelatte
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Around 4 minutes before the end of cooking, add the broccoli. Once cooked, drain, reserving 4 tbsp. pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the walnuts. Toast for 1-2 minutes, then add the cooked pasta and broccoli, the cooking water and the dolcelatte. Heat until the cheese melts around the pasta.
Sprinkle lemon juice all over the dish before serving.
