These butterscotch, walnut and sweet fudge flavoured biscuity bites are absolutely delicious and perfect for putting into lunchboxes.
- 125g digestive biscuits, bashed into crumbs
- 110g butter, melted
- 125g chopped walnuts
- 125g dark chocolate chips
- 175g butterscotch baking chips or pieces (find them in the baking aisle)
- 100g dessicated coconut
- 325ml condensed milk
Preheat oven to 180C.
Pour the melted butter into a 20x30cm tin. Shake the tin to move the butter around the tin, so that it evenly coats it. Sprinkle the digestive biscuit crumbs evenly over the top.
Sprinkle with the walnuts, then with the chocolate chips and butterscotch making pieces, making sure everything is evenly distributed. Finally, sprinkle with the coconut, then pour the condensed milk over everything. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then cool for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
