Cheesy Pesto Dip recipe

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

This rich, cheesy dip, with a hit of saltiness and sweetness from the sun dried tomato pesto is perfect for serving at a party with thick cut potato wedges or crisp tortilla chips.


  • 225g regular cream cheese
  • 50g feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 3-4 tbsp. sun-dried tomato pesto


1. Soften the cream cheese in a large bowl and crumble in the feta. Stir to combine. Stir in the parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. pesto, then taste. Add more pesto to taste.

This dish tastes best at room temperature, so when you serve it, leave it out of the fridge for an hour before you put it out. Recipe serves 12.
