This rich, cheesy dip, with a hit of saltiness and sweetness from the sun dried tomato pesto is perfect for serving at a party with thick cut potato wedges or crisp tortilla chips.
- 225g regular cream cheese
- 50g feta cheese
- 4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 3-4 tbsp. sun-dried tomato pesto
1. Soften the cream cheese in a large bowl and crumble in the feta. Stir to combine. Stir in the parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. pesto, then taste. Add more pesto to taste.
