A delicious chocolate sauce perfect for drizzling over ice cream or for spooning over cakes, made with just 3 ingredients! Delicious warm or cool.
- 100g dark chocolate (use milk or white if preferred)
- 1 tbsp. salted butter
- 3 tbsp. golden syrup
Break the chocolate up into pieces and put into a bowl. Place the bowl over a pan of barely simmering water.
Add the butter and syrup and heat, stirring gently, being careful not to add any water into the chocolate, until you have a runny, melted sauce. Serve right away, or pour into an airtight jar to save until later.
