Christmas Pudding Snowballs recipe

Christmas pudding is transformed into buttery white chocolate snowballs in this super easy recipe, perfect for making with the kids.


  • 350g Christmas pudding
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 100g shredded coconut


  1. Crumble the Christmas pudding and then pour on the melted butter. Stir to combine then scoop 1 heaped tablespoon of the mix into your hands and form with your hands into a ball.

  2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Dip the pudding into the chocolate and cover with the chocolate. Put onto a sheet of greaseproof to set. Leave to set, then double dip.

  3. Roll the balls in the shredded coconut and then leave to set.

For extra flavour, add a tiny pinch of cinnamon to the white chocolate. Recipe makes 12 balls.
