These yummy sweeties, made with coconut, condensed milk and a hint of vanilla are a wonderful sweet treat.
- 1 x 400g tin condensed milk
- 1/2 tin caster sugar
- 300g fresh dessicated coconut
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Put all ingredients into a saucepan and cook until the mixture thickens and turns slightly darker. Once thickened and heavy on the spoon, dollop by the spoonful onto a lined baking tin.
Cool for 30 minutes until hardened, then keep the sweets in a sealed container.
