Coconut cream and avocado combine in this dreamy creamy ice cream recipe - just don't tell your kids that there's avocado in it!
- 350ml milk
- 250ml coconut cream
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 avocados, peeled, stones removed
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
1. Puree milk, coconut cream, sugar, avocado and lemon juice until smooth and creamy. Chill, then pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions. Alternatively, freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring halfway through freezing. Take out of the freezer for 15 minutes before serving.
