This fantastic loaf is made with grated courgette, fresh basil and sesame seeds. It has a fantastic texture and a lovely deep savoury flavour.
- 275g bread flour
- 75g wholemeal flour
- 75g grated courgette, moisture squeezed out
- 100ml water
- 1 dstsp. runny honey
- 1 tbsp. veg oil
- Small handful freshly chopped basil leaves
- 1 dstsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried active baking yeast
1. Put flours, courgette, water, honey, oil, basil, sesame seeds, salt and yeast into the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic Bread or Normal setting and press go.
