- 4 slices of bread
- 100g white crab meat
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. drained capers
- Small handful freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
Combine crab meat, mayonnaise, capers, parsley and lemon juice in a bowl. Finely dice the shallot and combine with the crab mixture.
Cut the garlic clove in half. Toast the bread, then rub with the garlic clove. If desired, butter, then top with the crab mixture.
