Thes glam jellies are the perfect pud to end a sophisticated dinner party. Cranberry juice, orange liquor and vodka are set with gelatine and fresh cranberries. Make these jellies in martini glasses to make them extra-special.
- 300ml cranberry juice
- 100ml orange liquor
- 100ml vodka
- Juice of 4 limes
- 75g caster sugar
- 3 gelatine leaves
- Handful fresh cranberries
Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for five minutes. Meanwhile, heat half of the cranberry juice in a small saucepan with the sugar until dissolved.
Take the pan off the heat. Squeeze excess water from the gelatine leaves. Stir the gelatine into the warm cranberry juice and stir until dissolved.
Stir the rest of the cranberry juice, lime juice, orange liquor and vodka into the gelatine cranberry mixture. Pour into four glasses and then leave to set in the fridge.
