Creme de abacate - or cream of avocado - is a sweet, creamy Brazilian dessert made of avocado. It might sound a little bit odd, but it's really very yummy.
- 2 very ripe avocadoes
- 225g best quality vanilla ice cream
- Milk as needed
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tbsp. caster sugar or more to taste
Slice the avocadoes round the middle then remove the stones. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Put all ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth and with a creamy texture. Serve immediately.
