This is the simplest chocolate fondue recipe ever – add some flavoured liquor if you want to, but it's perfect as it is.
- 100g salted dark chocolate
- 150g milk chocolate
- 100ml double cream
Finely chop the chocolates until they're in equal-sized pieces.
Pour the cream into the fondue pot and heat it until just under boiling point.
Add the chocolate and stir well until completely smooth and mixed through.
To serve, turn the fondue pot down to the lowest setting so that the chocolate doesn’t burn.
Serve the fondue with the crudités of your choice.
