This is probably the simplest crab pâté you'll ever make - white crab meat, brown crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice and fresh coriander combine to make a rich, tasty pâté. Serve with warm bread.
- 50g white crab meat
- 50g brown crab meat
- 2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. freshly chopped coriander
- Lemon juice, to taste
- Salt and pepper
- Pinch of paprika
1. Combine the white meat, brown meat, mayonnaise, coriander, salt, pepper, paprika and as much lemon juice as you like to taste. Spoon into a ramekin or serving dish and leave in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
