Easy Smoked Trout Pâté recipe

Another simple pâté that's perfect for lazy lunches - just serve with warm crusty bread. There isn't even any cooking involved!


  • 125g smoked trout
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. horseradish cream
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp. chopped dill


  1. Crumble the trout into a blender.

  2. Add the cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and chopped dill.

  3. Blitz until smooth

  4. Cover and then put into the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
