Sprouts are roasted with garlic and creamy pecan nuts in this easy yet impressive dish. Serve it alongside all of your winter favourites with a dollop of cranberry sauce - delicious!
- 1kg Brussels sprouts
- 115g pecans
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 200C and trim and halve the sprouts. Thinly slice the garlic cloves and halve the pecans. Toss everything together with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mix in a baking tray with the sprouts cut side down. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and tender.
