In this simple recipe, pork chops are marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice before being baked to perfection in the oven. Marinate for at least half an hour or overnight for super tender pork.
- 4 pork loin chops
- 100ml soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. oil
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pepper and oil. Put the pork chops into a bowl and cover with the marinade. Turn to coat evenly in the marinade, cover and put into the fridge for at least half an hour or overnight.
Take the chops out of the fridge and let them come up to room temperature. Preheat oven to 190C.
Put the chops and the marinade into a baking tin and bake for 35-40 minutes, basting every ten minutes or so, until cooked through.
