Ginger and Mango Fizz recipe

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

This sweet and bubbly concoction is perfect for parties and for drinking throughout the summer. Mango, peach and ginger ale combine to create a fruity drink that is best served chilled over ice.


  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 2 ripe apricots
  • 500ml ginger ale
  • 2 tbsp. freshly chopped mint leaves


  1. Peel, stone and finely dice the fruit. Whiz the mango in a blender until smooth, then add the apricots, peach and mint leaves. Whiz with a little of the ginger ale until smooth.

  2. Add the rest of the ginger ale and process again until smooth. Divide between 4 glasses.

Garnish these drinks with a couple of extra mint leaves if you like. Recipe serves 4.
