Use some pickled ginger to create this yummy dipping sauce - it's spicy, salty, slightly sweet and slightly tangy all at the same time. Delish!
- 100ml soy sauce - use light soy sauce if you can
- 1 tsp. wasabi
- 2 tbsp. pickled ginger
Finely dice the pickled ginger - dice it as finely as you can. Mix a little of the wasabi with the soy sauce to create a paste, then gradually add the rest of the soy sauce to create a smooth sauce. Taste and add more wasabi if desired.
Stir in the pickled ginger.
