A fantastic way to use goat's cheese - and to make your scrambled eggs extra creamy and moreish - is to combine the two! Serve on toast with some prosciutto.
- 60g butter
- 6 eggs
- 80g soft goat's cheese, crumbled
- Black pepper
Whisk the eggs. Melt butter in a large pan and add the eggs, then stir and cook, stirring, until they're around 30-40 seconds away from being cooked.
Take the pan off the heat and add the goat's cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and season with black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
