Paprika and dried herbs combine with olive oil in this easy peasy recipe for herby chicken wings. They're marinated for a few hours, then barbecued or grilled until lightly charred and tender.
- 12 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. dried mixed herbs or 2 tbsp. fresh mixed herbs of choice
- Salt and pepper
Combine paprika, oil, herbs, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat, then cover and leave to marinade in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
To cook, take the wings from the marinade. Grill or BBQ for 10 minutes on either side or until lightly charred and cooked through.
