Chicken breasts are glazed with runny honey, lemon juice and a dash of soy sauce in this easy peasy recipe. Serve with rice or your favourite roast potatoes.
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. runny honey
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Pinch of black pepper
Combine runny honey, soy, lemon juice and black pepper in a bowl. Put the chicken breasts skin side up in a baking tin and coat thoroughly with the honey mix.
Roast for 30-35 minutes at 170C. Cook until the chicken is tender and no longer pink in the middle, basting two or three times during cooking.
