This decadent fondue is perfect for intimate dinners with your loved one.
- 350g plain chocolate
- 125ml double cream
- 125ml Irish cream liquor
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Finely chop the plain chocolate.
Heat the cream and the Irish cream in the fondue pot until just boiling.
Remove the pot from the heat and add in the chocolate.
Whisk it quickly until the chocolate and cream are smooth, and then add the vanilla extract.
To serve, turn the fondue pot down to the lowest setting so that the chocolate doesn’t burn.
Serve the fondue with the crudités of your choice.
