Sweet Mango Lassi recipe

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

This simple recipe for a mango beverage is perfect for breakfast or for drinking throughout your day. It's very simple to make, too, and is smooth, creamy and utterly delicious.


  • 2 mangoes
  • 450g natural yoghurt
  • 100g caster sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp. freshly chopped mint


1. Peel, stone and dice the mangoes. Place into a blender with the yoghurt, sugar, mint and a few ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

Add extra mint leaves to your serving glasses as a garnish, or top with a few strips of fresh mango. Recipe serves 4.
