Mango Daiquiri recipe

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

This refreshing cocktail is perfect for late summer evenings - but you can enjoy it all year long. It's made with mangoes, rum, orange liquor, lime juice and ice.


  • 4 mangoes
  • 350ml white rum
  • 125ml orange liquor
  • 75ml lime juice
  • 2 large cups crushed ice


1. Peel, stone and dice the mangoes. Place into a blender with the rum, orange liquor, lime juice and ice. Blend until smooth then divide between 6 glasses.

Top these cocktails with mango slices and fresh mint if you like. Recipe serves 6.
