Mango Frozen Yoghurt Pud recipe

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

This simple frozen pudding is a great summer dessert. Mango is blitzed with yoghurt, honey, ice, a banana and vanilla extract before being frozen. You could also use an ice cream if you have one.


  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 banana
  • 150g natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. runny honey
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


1. Peel, stone and chop the mangoes. Slice the banana. Place the mangoes, banana, yoghurt, honey, ice and vanilla into a blender. Blend until smooth, then place into a container. Freeze for 3 hours until set.

If you prefer, keep one of the mangoes back and chop into chunks before folding into the frozen pud for extra texture. Recipe serves 4.
