This unusual, nutty bread is flavoured with nearly half a tub of peanut butter for a rich, sweet peanut bread that's delicious used in puddings, drizzled with caramel sauce and topped with banana or just toasted and spread with butter.
- 400g bread flour
- 225ml warm water
- 3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. runny honey
- 6 tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. veg oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried active baking yeast
1. Put the flour, water, sugar, honey, peanut butter, oil, egg, salt and baking yeast into the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the White Bread or Sweet Bread setting and press Start.
