Deliciously smooth and creamy, this super easy and super healthy smoothie is packed with nutritious fruit, spices and low fat yoghurt. Perfect for breakfast - just serve with a little porridge.
- 2 pears
- 1 banana
- 250ml semi-skimmed milk
- 125ml low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
Peel, core and dice the pears. Peel and dice the banana.
Place pears, banana, milk, yoghurt, cinnamon and nutmeg into a blender and whiz until smooth and creamy. Pour into two glasses to serve.
