Raspberry and Blueberry Smoothie recipe

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Wonderfully refreshing and perfect on a hot summer's day, this raspberry and blueberry smoothie makes a perfect breakfast or accompaniment to a picnic.


  • 125g raspberries
  • 125g blueberries
  • 200g vanilla yoghurt
  • 6 ice cubes


1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Whiz until smooth, then serve in two tall glasses.

If you like a fruitier smoothier sub the yoghurt for a little bit of fruit juice instead. Recipe serves 2.
