Raspberry Vinegar recipe

Preparation Time: 14 days

Raspberries are steeped in white wine vinegar until the vinegar turns bright pink, yielding a sweet yet sour vinegar that works brilliantly well on everything from salads to ice cream.


  • 200g raspberries
  • 500ml white wine vinegar


1. Poke the raspberries into a large bottle. Cover with vinegar, leave to steep for 2 weeks, then shake well before use.

Drain before use, if you like, or leave as is - those sour raspberries would pack a delicious punch in any salad.
