Broccoli is tossed with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt then toasted in a hot oven until crisp and tender in this delicious recipe.
- 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 200C. Toss together broccoli, oil, salt, black pepper, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl until well coated.
Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until tender and crisp.
