Easy peasy yet super delicious, this dish uses just 5 ingredients - a brilliant way to make the most out of some simple seasonal veggies.
- 250g runner beans, trimmed and sliced
- 250g broccoli, cut into florets
- 25g butter
- 25g blanched hazelnuts, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add the beans and boil for 2 minutes, then add the broccoli and boil for a further 3-4 minutes or until tender.
Drain the veg. Meanwhile, melt the butter over a low heat in a large frying pan. Add the hazelnuts and toast until just golden, then add the beans and broccoli. Toss to combine, then season well.
