Semolina gives this pizza base crunch and a wonderful texture - just follow the recipe and then add your favourite pizza topping.
- 250g plain flour
- 175g semolina
- 1 dstsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 dstsp. dried active baking yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. caster sugar
- 300ml warm water
Place flour, semolina, oil, yeast, salt, sugar and warm into the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Dough cycle. Remove the dough after the rise cycle, then shape to your desired shape and top with whatever you like. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180C-200C until golden and risen.
