This is a wonderfully easy recipe for a Chinese style dinner. If you want to add in mushrooms or meat, feel free to. Use this recipe as a base and work from it – but it is delicious as it is.
- 1 pak choi
- 100g beansprouts
- 50g toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 180g cooked egg noodles
Thinly slice the pak choi.
Heat the sesame oil in a wok.
Tip the beansprouts and pak choi into the oil and stir fry for around 3 minutes.
Add in the sesame seeds and the noodles. Stir fry for a further 1 or 2 minutes.
Add in the soy sauce and serve.
