This simple recipe for steamed lobster tails is a great way to branch out into cooking lobster. Lobster is steamed gently, then brushed with melted butter and seasoned with salt and pepper - delicious!
- 4 x 175g lobster tails
- 1 tbsp. sea salt
- 125g butter
- Salt and black pepper
Fill a large pot with around 2 inches of water, add the salt and bring to the boil. Add a steamer insert, along with the lobster tails and cover.
Steam the lobster for 8-10 minutes, then serve. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and drizzle all over the lobster and season with salt and black pepper to serve.
