Smoothie Jellies recipe

Another ridiculously simple jelly recipe - smoothie combines with gelatine to create a thick, fruity jelly perfect for serving at kid's parties.

  • 1 litre smoothie - try orange, mango and passionfruit or mixed berry
  • 6 sheets of leaf gelatine

  1. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes.

  2. Heat the smoothie in a small saucepan, until warm but not simmering. Squeeze excess water from the gelatine, then stir into the warm smoothie. Keep stirring until dissolved.

  3. Divide the jelly mixture between 12 serving dishes and then leave in the fridge to set.

Garnish the jellies with whichever fruit is in the smoothie - orange segments for orange smoothie, mixed berries for berry smoothie. Recipe serves 12.
